Appropriate Response Training

Turning Conflict into Cooperation

Next Training

TBA

7 pm to 10pm

Identify core reactive behaviour and create cooperation instead of conflict.
The training teaches very effective methods to resolve any sort of conflict.

The course is respectful of the participants and non-confrontational.

You will have a profound, clear understanding of why and how you react when your “buttons get pushed”.You will understand your belief systems and how they affect your life in a way you never have before.

Conflict is the result of negative reactive behaviour. Our buttons are the result of life-long programming: when activated, they can become emotional triggers that cause us to react in negative ways. Buttons that are activated will diminish personal power, freedom and creativity with far reaching effects in all areas of life.

Buttons are the root cause of all stressful situations.

The experts and best sellers all tell you: “Don’t fight... Resist the urge to get even or one up... Don’t take the bait.... Dodge the bullet when they fire at you.”

But nobody is telling you how this is done! ... We will!

  • How do you not react?
  • How do you avoid conflict?
  • How do you stay neutral?
  • How do you de-activate others?
  • How do you inspire co operation?

We will show you!

Learning this technique reduces the stress and frustration of any upset from major confrontations to minor annoyances.

Imagine what life would be like if you had the confidence, knowledge and skills to deal with all the disturbing events that are part of life.

The end result will be less stress, less upset and more joy in your daily routine. Your ability to resolve conflict and inspire co-operation will increase tremendously!

You will learn practical, proven solutions that work! Powerful psychological systems that are easy to use will help you feel strong and confident.

A workbook is used during the course. It will contain the exercises along with your personal insights.

By continuing to use the workbook and practicing, it will become a valuable reference long after the course is over.

If you want more harmony and cooperation with the people in your life......take this course.
