Dennis and Diane Jennings are the Founders and Directors of the Relationship Training Academy. Their journey began in 1980, in Hawaii, where they met during a six-month intensive personal mastery program. The transformation they both experienced became the foundation for a life partnership. They married in 1985. Together they built a new life, raised Diane’s then 13 year old son and 11 year old daughter. Their personal success in their new relationship inspired them to change careers. They pursued the education and training necessary to become skilled trainers in the area of Relationships and Personal Transformation.

In 1982, they were part of the team that opened New World Network, a personal development training centre, in Vancouver, BC. In 1985 they became owners and directors. The training centre offered 6-month programs and training for Individuals, Practitioners and Community Leaders. Many successful trainers graduated and went on to pursue private practices and open training centres in other cities. In 1991 they closed the centre and took a well-deserved rest. While on sabbatical they continued with their own training and created new courses and workshops which they continue to teach as well as offering private one on one support to individuals and couples.

In 2003 they launched the Relationship Training Academy to address the need for quality education, and the ongoing support that is desperately needed. Their concern at the ever increasing divorce rate and the negative consequences children experience coming from broken homes has compelled them to develop specialized programs to support people in mastering the personal skills that enable people to create and sustain happy healthy relationships.

For the past 28 years they have been educating and training others in the area of relationships, effective communication, conflict resolution and personal transformation. The hallmark of their courses is their ability to get to the bottom line! They have a wonderful ability to put people at ease; they facilitate with humour, compassion and regard for each individual. Their courses receive rave reviews in Canada, the United States and England.

With children grown, they are now proud grandparents - another amazing journey made more wonderful because of all the practical, meaningful knowledge and relationship skills they have accumulated.

Life experience is invaluable. You can learn and benefit from their ability to teach and train others in the Art of Relationships.
